Evaporator mein saara liquid refrigerant gas (vapor) ban jaata hai, uske baad suction line mein jo extra heat gas ko milti hai usse “Superheat” kehte hain. Ye zaroori hai taaki liquid refrigerant compressor tak na pahunche (warna compressor damage ho sakta hai โ “liquid slugging”). / Superheat is the extra heat a refrigerant vapor gains in the suction line after fully evaporating in the evaporator. It confirms all liquid has boiled off before reaching the compressor โ protecting it from liquid slugging damage.
Condenser mein gas liquid ban jaata hai, uske baad liquid line mein jo extra cooling milti hai (saturation temperature se neeche) usse “Subcooling” kehte hain. Ye confirm karta hai ki metering device tak pura solid liquid pahunch raha hai, bina kisi vapor bubble ke, jisse system efficiently kaam kare. / Subcooling is how much cooler the liquid refrigerant is than its saturation temperature after leaving the condenser. It confirms solid liquid (no vapor bubbles) is reaching the metering device for efficient system operation.
โ Superheat Calculator FAQs
Ye superheat calculator aapke gauge se li gayi suction pressure aur suction line temperature ko refrigerant ke pressure-temperature chart se compare karta hai. Formula: Superheat = Actual Suction Line Temperature − Saturated Evaporator Temperature (jo pressure se nikalti hai). / This superheat calculator compares your gauge suction pressure and suction line temperature against the refrigerant’s pressure-temperature chart. Formula: Superheat = Actual Suction Line Temperature − Saturated Evaporator Temperature (derived from pressure).
Subcooling = Saturated Condensing Temperature (liquid pressure se) − Actual Liquid Line Temperature. Ye superheat calculator dono formulas apne aap apply karta hai jab aap apni readings daalte hain. / Subcooling = Saturated Condensing Temperature (from liquid pressure) − Actual Liquid Line Temperature. This calculator applies both formulas automatically once you enter your readings.
HVAC technicians, AC mechanics, aur field service engineers jo Gulf mein split AC, ducted AC, ya commercial refrigeration systems pe kaam karte hain, wo is superheat calculator se turant charge diagnosis kar sakte hain โ bina manually P/T chart dhoondhe. / HVAC technicians, AC mechanics, and field service engineers working on split AC, ducted AC, or commercial refrigeration systems in the Gulf can use this superheat calculator for instant charge diagnosis โ without manually searching P/T charts.
Naye system ki commissioning ke waqt, refrigerant charge add/remove karne se pehle-baad, aur jab system sahi se cool na kar raha ho, tab superheat aur subcooling check karna zaroori hai. / You should check superheat and subcooling during new system commissioning, before and after adding or removing refrigerant charge, and whenever a system isn’t cooling properly.
Ji haan โ ye superheat calculator R-410A, R-32, R-22, R-134a, R-404A, R-407C, R-290, R-600a, R-448A, R-449A, R-1234yf aur R-508B ke liye kaam karta hai, aur glide-type refrigerants (jaise R-407C) ke liquid/vapor difference ko bhi automatically handle karta hai. / Yes โ this calculator works for R-410A, R-32, R-22, R-134a, R-404A, R-407C, R-290, R-600a, R-448A, R-449A, R-1234yf and R-508B, and automatically handles the liquid/vapor split for glide-type refrigerants like R-407C.
